The waves rush in and take me away.
I never knew I would have been a stray.
My scales and my tale.
I packed up and baled.
I went in and didn’t know what possibly could take place.
The blue of all royalty was changing in color, I was running out of space.
Slithering and looking at my surrounding and having fun.
I had the inclination of seeing the peaking sun.
The witch did it this time I am a sea snake.
Used to hunt and be everywhere in the lake.
I wanted to be different than I was in the past.
I wasnt aware the effects would last.
The power I felt being venomous and no longer the same.
I know I figured it was a dangerous to play the game.
My body was colorful and I was free.
I could not believe I was actually in the sea.
I went here and I went there.
The beauty of it all and the new glare.
I stumbled on a new plant.
I wanted to go away but I just cant.
It lured me and than it stabbed me.
I really wished I would have let it be.
It tricked me by its mask.
I knew it was it’s only task.
The thorns pressing up and hurting me deep.
I seen there is a lot of miles to go and its steep.
The witch found me and started to laugh.
If I could I would let her feel about half.
She wanted to teach me a thing or two.
Its important to not change and be new.
I know now I want to be at the lake
I would do anything to not make that mistake
Be who you are and never second guess.
I wouldn’t expect or to be any less.
