*Disclaimer: In this post, I’m not making any digs towards people who do wear makeup. Any person who wears makeup is a true dedicated artist to their art. This is simply a lighthearted list of what a non-makeup wearer’s thought process is when watching a makeup tutorial. Please enjoy!*
Occasionally, a non-makeup wearer will stumble across a makeup tutorial online, and watch the video. While watching the tutorial, a non-makeup wearer will have these 22 thoughts:
)Okay. Here we go. Let’s try this.
)I’ve never heard of a face primer before; but I love what its doing to their face already.
)Wait! You pencil in your eyebrows? I just thought these makeup gurus already had perfectly sculpted and full eyebrows.
)Are you supposed to find an eyebrow pencil that matches your hair color? Is it just like wearing underwear? You want the downstairs to match the upstairs right? #somanyquestion
)Oh there’s not just a face primer, but there’s also an eyelid primer too.
)I wonder if the face and eyelid primer have the same formula. If so, if I try this, can I get away with using a face primer on my eyelid? #minimalistatheart
)Now they’re going in with a concealer for underneath their eyes.
)Wait. I actually know what these things are. I’m not a complete noob?
)Okay. I see foundation now.
)What’s that odd sponge thing? It looks like an odd shaped sex toy.
)Oh! It’s called a beauty blender!
)It’s cute that the beauty blender comes in different colors.
)There are so many brushes for everything.
)How does this beauty guru remember every single name and brand of brush?
)What the heck is bronzer?
)You put bronzer and blush on?
)Eyeliner makes me nervous.
)Things near my eye make me nervous.
)This guru just said that they do all of this in 10 minutes.
)They must be a sorcerer.
)This kinda looks fun.
)Maybe I’ll try to dabble in makeup more.
