Sometimes I have moments within moments.
They’re best described with a simile to turdunken rather than the movie Inception.
They’re large moments with smaller pockets of moments within themselves and it’s different than the book Horton Hears a Who.
They’re protein rich in that they are capable of jump-starting your natural creativity. I mean, the part of you that is brave enough to enter into new worlds of perception.
Sometimes I have moments within moments.
They make me curious as in brave.
They make an explorer out of me, which is both a light and heavyhearted feeling when you feel trapped. I’m only free by way of glowing screens.
I want to learn about every major global religion. I want to learn how to hem jeans well. I want to learn how to become a confident driver on top of becoming a more confident person.
These moments within moments ebb and flow like so many things that are controlled by the moon.
A moment staring at my keyboard and my screen questioning silently if I was ever a painter
has digressed, slowly, into meta discourse. Then, perhaps as naturally as I would,
the thought became meta discourse turned into practice,
but practice of a conversation not privy to anyone, including you.
