Reminds me of home where never alone
Freedom, isolated, no working phone
Reptiles, insects, and Aves projecting calls
A canopy of pines collect rain falls
Dusty socks house equally dusty feet
Nail beds, skin pores, clogged with the dirty treat
Clothing speaks to the naïve, “exertion”
Though your souls revels in its inertion
Brought an old friend to help rejuvenate
Gathering kindling-thoughts appreciate
Tomorrows escapades based on today
Watching red and black ant hills work and play
Planted a few trees in mystery spots
Know the range next time to connect the dots
Love living life with limited reserves
Pondering the question, what one deserves?
Revisit the past and try in winter?
Old lightning strikes convey char and splinter.
