1940’s creation a man with a strong spirit
He went out to war left siblings behind and a mother loved dearly
Sincerely cared about his family and really
Ought not to have carried the burden he saw clearly
Brothers sowing evil seeds of black magic
It’s tragic the fruits kept multiplying diseased fabric
Financial demands became sporadic
Human limbs hanging from trees, bloody sight and he couldn’t see
His mother’s pleas how could this be?
Poor Maggie died and was buried secretly
How would he forget how could he be healed?
In a polygamist home they wanted him killed
The distant land he left behind and crossed the border
To a new life, with new family and better order
