It’s natural to keep your mind at peace. Everyone should focus on being grateful for even the little things! When you don’t get your way or you can’t find gladness from elsewhere, you should recieve gladness from your personal fun activities.

I agree with you on this! Being grateful for the small things really do make us happier overall. We should always find something to be grateful for every day. Whether it’s a few minutes of “me” time or pushing yourself to have a healthy breakfast.
