The first time that you said this word
Hearts fluttering, the adventure, voices finally heard
As time goes by, the ageless wood
Reminds me of how long we’ve stood
Against temptations hateful grasp,
Not lingering on our fateful pasts
The laughs we’ve shared, the tears we’ve shed
The times we’ve sat at the edge of my bed
Your head resting upon my shoulder
Nothing could move me,
For I am your boulder.
Strong and wise, and always near
Your heart forever lingers here.
Who would’ve thought that this would come?
Just look at all the things we’ve done
We met recently, yet so long ago
And it all started with Hello.
