Oozing gilded honey beads
Trailblazing sticky paths
Like sunlit Oregon trails
Lackadaisically gliding
From my smiling dimples
One perfect oval topaz
Rolls quaintly between the grand canyons
Pausing in between a sandy delta
Evoking
A honey tickle
This jazzy opal
Joyfully swaggers
In jocund rifts
Down a double triple ladder
some call it a six pack

Wow, how sensual! I love the imagery you’ve put into this poem and the tastefulness, too. One of my teachers said, “Seduction is all about revealing something and hiding other things. It’s about give and take.” [He was talking about poetry and teaching on how to work with space and time in any narrative.]
Thank you so much Amanda!
Great quote too!
Thanks!
