How to Stay Alive, Healthy, and Survive in a Glass World
By cleaning my reflections, my mind became like a clean glass window, and I could see through it, clear as day. I next blocked the glass with paper, and masking tape, and the glass in one year’s time let go, as it did, over this time, it was replaced with water.
There was a change in my mind, as I walked today, with an occasional not enough sleep. There was no longer a hard surface that I fell into as my daydreaming overtook me. The shattered eyes I thought I had, that would be what was seen by other people, were gone, also. Instead, I needed no support, and I had, half into my head, and half on my face, water. I felt lightly cool, just water, as the blended environment medium for my day dreams.
Daily Requirements: May 16/2018
1: Oxygen-Fresh Air outside
2: Water-8 cups per day (use sustainable wood, paper, clay unpainted or flat paint.
3: Food-a variety of edible foods: eggs, dairy, meat, seafood, seaweed, plant and tree leaves, stalks, stems, roots, tubers, twigs, bark, large fruit without seeds from trees, small fruit with seeds from shrubs, seeds or nuts encased in shell, tropical fruit and shell linings of their plants, which pea and bean pods are edible, flowers if not from a poisonous plant, and mushrooms hand collected by experts only.
4: Bathroom necessities, clothing, shelter, bathing, sun-block, natural bug-spray
5: Exercise, always keep your back straight ( from my mother), all weather emersion, (except storms), of sun, wind, shade, rain, cloudy, cold, hot, warm, also all-weather outdoor protection, indoor protection from sun, cold, wind, of white and blue sky colored papered windows, taped with masking tape to glass part of window, to maintain coolness in summer, draft-less windows in winter, and privacy, all year, while allowing light to enter, to see, that is also cheerful, and pleasant. Have two objectives when exercising, if possible, one an errand like goal, and two the benefits of exercise and fresh air. This allows me not to rush, in order to get the errands done by car, and then exercise also. Do not overexert myself, or I will develop injuries.
6: Sickness prevention: reduce coffee, drink black and herbal tea of your choice. Replace sugar and candy with fruit: Trick for both coffee and candy; prepare fruit at night to eat in morning, or run to get fruit, before the first craving of the day hits. Clean home and environment, and using products as edible as possible.
7: Reduce or block completely, all chrome and mirror surfaces, try using a cardboard box over the kitchen faucet to reduce noise, the sound of running water can repeat for as long as the faucet was used, if the faucet is chrome, or a reflective material.
8: Use water changed daily in buckets, and pots, wooden ones are best, to avoid a double reflection, which can throw off my depth perception by having two levels. Water is temporary, and fluid, allowing for change and error, while glass composed of sand and water, is fixed, hardened, and unchanging. This knowledge reaches me as thought when I am in front of it with a reflection of me, I see me as how I am in posture and from a reflection. This image of me, precisely as I sit, stand or move, does not disappear, I must manually re-see my-self in other situations, by seeing the glass I am in front of, without me there, or by seeing me in alternate places.
9: I eliminated the T.V. and blocked most of the glass, in my apartment, and surrounding area. I also threw out the computer in my apartment.
10: Following glass elimination and reduction, dramatically improves stuck posture positions, of any part of the body, any health concern due to them, and delays in speed of movement, and mind, including decisions, and reactions. It also becomes apparent, in my opinion, that it is the source of distraction of A.D.H.D. Additionally it caused repeating thoughts, obsessive compulsive disorder thoughts, repeating thoughts that are half me, and half something I may have seen in a movie, hybrid beliefs, that are half me, and half animals, trees clouds, anything out the window. These half and half thoughts, may travel into other parts of thoughts and perceptions, making me half wrong about what I perceive, or remember or think, such as what occurs in schizophrenia. It can cause paranoia, ominous senses, E.S.P., uneasiness, anxiety, fears and dread, when I am half aware of my reflection, but do not know what is causing the feeling, that someone or something else is near me, or was, or that I am (an extra sense: also in a reflection on the screen.) Neurological feelings and disorders, when there are bugs on the window, when I am looking out of it, or later, until I replace the time I was there in front of the window, with the equivalent thought. Thought I had when there, but when there is no reflection of me.
11: Memories are created when there is cold, heat, impact, unusual, etc., situations. A crawling bug, on the window, may be seen suddenly and present a surprise, that may take years to match. However, an education of reflections, will help. As I learned from observations, a reflection is the same as a shadow, except it is on a perfect surface. For this reason, as long as a person can see their shadow, they can safely say, that no other reflection can be in existence at that time. That is because in most cases except in injury, a person can only focus on one reflection or shadow, or thing at a time. That means that the other ones, that existed when a person was watching T.V. can no longer be stuck. Also it helps to understand that a reflection takes longer for us to process than a shadow, because it has more information. That can cause delays, in our physical life, as if we have to stop to process every glass that we see.
12: Reflections, can be described as a copy of an object living or non- living. A problem with window reflections is that a person sees through themselves, in order to see what is outside. This leaves the person who sees out a window naked and bare, when they encounter what they saw, while what they saw is in full form and shape. An unfair competition. On the computer, a person also sees through themselves, this time to look at videos, games, and movies. Another unfair advantage objects seen through our reflection have, often we are stopping to observe them, while the observed object is continuing on with their busy activities. This leaves us seemingly defenseless, and inactive, without the ability to talk, often we are shoving food in our faces, which may later appear as the person we are watching is punching us in the face, and if we spit and laugh, it must be blood and teeth we spit out, not our food, and drink and laughter, for it occurs later, the repeat of glass, when we do not recognize them, and we see only the movement we created in our reflection, but it looks like the person we were watching on T.V., and so it matches their equivalent of our actions. The best thing to do is to not keep a T.V., computer or any media device in your home, and only use them in public, where it is safer. This way, when they repeat later, they will only appear in a safe environment.
There is also problems with disorientation, and distortion. Spoons, may cause a person to begin right side up, and then turn upside down, in the reflection, cars can turn people into dwarves and midgets, tools, and steel cups into capture a person in a cylinder, sometimes, seeing ones flesh in a reflection, may cause us to say real, later, when it is a reflection. Bottles, may cause us to have three sets of arms or two, or the equivalent of ourselves upside down. Cars my cause dwarfing, midgets, circus or serious, and other distortions of the human body, from the curved reflective metal, on the side of the car-door.
The safest materials to use, are wood, plain clay, painted clay if the paint is flat. Opaque non-shiny plastics and paper, and cardboard.
By making a start, and eliminating one, the T.V., or a mirror, allow yourself to adjust, until you feel fully capable. You will probably choose to eliminate another one. Do the same wait in between, until you reach full capacity. In this way, you will naturally fall into you own process of elimination, generally the loudest, or strongest attention grabbing glass or metal reflective object surface, will cause you to eliminate it. Once going, you will keep going, until you are at a level comfortable to you. For this reason, it is not necessary to memorize every single thing that must be done. It is a natural occurrence, once you get started.
The important thing to remember, is to stop in between each elimination, and see to your own health and body, to make sure you are full rested, hydrated, satisfied of food and hunger needs, and can easily reach fresh air, and an escape outside, to walk, if the reflective object surface eliminated, turns into more than you thought you could handle.
