Adeline’s plan for well-being
So, when you are bored, depressed, or stressed out, just take a second to close your eyes, think about something that makes you happy, pretend that you are somewhere where you love to be, and look for the good. Sing your favorite song. Play a musical instrument. Do exercise moves that you love. Do some activities that you love and be committed to do it every day. If there isn’t good in your situation, begin to practice being tolerant. Create your own happiness, and if you can’t find it begin to be happy just because there are happy people around you. Give advice to others to make them better, and talk with them about their problems and help conjure up a solution with strategies to follow. Use your intuition to figure out how someone is feeling, and pray for peace and send mental waves of love and comfort. Always be very grateful for the good things (big and small), keep a strong sense of hope, and perpetual love for others and for God. Concentrate on your priorities, and the things that truly matter. Compromise and negotiate. Rationalize, strategize, to help you live the productive life, and utilize optimistic self-talk, and maintain the perfect point of view. When you’re lazy this is what you should do:
Motivate, guide, and remain committed to your task at hand, with a deep sense of passion and strong consistence.
Use motivating quotes
Keep track of the stuff you do.
Utilize suitable punishments and incentives
Have a good outlook
Count pros to make it fun.
So, write down your problems and either find a solution to solve it or deal with it (Grin and bare it.)
Create solutions to your problems and answer your own questions when you can and if you can’t then consult a therapist or a helpful friend. Be enthusiastic with your love for life. Consistently write down exactly and completely how you feel about yourself, other people, nature, and life and how you feel and imagine your dream life, and make it into a short story or book. Use strategies and take steps to live your dream life and follow your life philosophy. Consider the pros and cons of things.
