I’m here alone
Picking petals a flower
One at a time
“She loves me
she loves me not,”
Wishing you’d read my poem
Words from my heart
Love from my soul
Conveyed from depths
This man you barely know
Trying words poetic
Please read my poem
The love released
In words written
Surely you must feel
Seems writing a poem
Time most near to you
I ask, read my poem
I’d rather not live
Thoughts never having
Your love so sweet
I’d rather not give
Love anyone else receive
Only if my poem read
Not bother you more
Your time precious I’m sure
Pester, words from me
Meant only for you
Words so affectionate waste
Poem never read ..you may!!

I loved this. “Not bother you more Your time precious I’m sure” I especially love this line, I read this poem three times and each time I realized something new that I did not see the first time. I love it. You are a wonderful and passionate writer .
Thank you so much.
