I woke up in the mid night
from hearing your voice
I hear you crying again
mumbling wish you were dead
you said you are done
this is the end
I can not stop from taking your life
when i want to take my own
feel like I’m not any position
to put my self someone else situation

This hit right in the feels! Although I have never experienced depression or suicidal thoughts, I do have a friend that has gone through both. I know how hard it is to try and bring her back from that dark place, and this poem just depicts an even bleaker scenario – one where the support system cannot even serve a role because even they do not have that compulsion or possess the motivation to push through and heal. Seriously, although this poem is so simple, it also is packed with helpless, dreary emotion: “mumbling wish you were dead,” “this is the end,” and “when i want to take my own” are just a few of the lines that felt like a yank on my heart-strings. They demonstrate the severity of mental illness and how it is not something that someone can merely turn off. This piece is grave and serious and speaks the truth. Well done!
(I do suggest that you glance over this piece once more grammatical errors, for I spotted a couple while reading. For example, in Line #7, I am certain that you omitted the word “you” in the phrase “I can not stop you.” Also, the last sentence is a bit awkward because, again, I believe that you left out a few words: it should be revised to “to put myself in someone else’s situation.” But other than that, this was very well-written!)
