Thoughts; in the thousands
swirl the ocean floor
sometimes come up in big waves
then reside on the shore
Sand; on the beaches
where young children play
sometimes built into castles
then like thoughts – wash away

I like how you worked with the space you had in this piece. Your third line seems to almost illustrate the waves you’re talking about and the fourth does the same. I’m not sure why at the moment, but your work reminds me of e.e. cummings, too. Perhaps you’ve read her work?
Thank you for like the words that are somehow channeled to me. I did read Cummings after you said so. Some of my favorites would be Dr. suess, Shel Silverstein, Kalil Gibran and William Burroughs.
