Life is chaos, interruption.
Work, home, kids, duties,
too much complexity,
it eats at my wellbeing.
One environment,
then another, and again.
The only thing constant,
is the ceaseless change.
Trying to manage it all,
and feeling overwhelmed,
Another interruption,
my thoughts fracture.
A relentless assault,
when I try to think.
Wherever I go,
I cannot escape it.
This brain needs traction.
Too much sliding, on ice,
losing control, and grip.
Scrambled frustration.
Oh that I could focus,
engrossed in a task,
without distraction,
from the world.
Only then, lost,
in my thoughts,
can I find peace,
in my mind.
