A blackness, deep beneath the varse skin
It radiates heat but won’t hide
It shivers when we talk but when we’re together it turns white
A brightness, light shining out – not afraid to hide
It melts into coldness in the dark but in light it yelps to me to keep quiet
It has the glow of a candle and a heart of love
A love, only passion
It fills happiness with pain
It makes the strongest weak
A weakness, a dare filled with spite
It cowardly turns in fright
It will not look forward or back
A sight, a power unknown
It craves for vision
It shows the world naked to our bare eyes
A world, full of empathy
It shows happiness but raises sadness
It dies without any compassion, and we dare to seek it
A life, Unknown
Unknown
