I write to tell a story,
a story of a young woman..
who dove in the ocean in the pursuit of glory.
she swam and swam
in hopes of finding beauty in the depths of the deep, blue sea.
a place where there is no fault in the hearts of the living,
but the warmth and musical laughter of rekindled souls.
a place where spirituality is celebrated
and humanity not separated.
naturally, she continued her journey to the deep end
swimming, flowing and dancing through the thorns of the sea
gradually, calmly she got closer to a grey, rusty key
and this is what ultimately set her free.
there was pain, there was ice
but then again, in life nothing is gained without a price.
she found her thunder and met her storm…
the next thing to do, was to transform.
she fell, she crawled
she cried and stalled…
finally she made her next move
to fight, to improve
to love, to care
to be brave and share.

This poem is so relatable to life. It reminds me of our journey to find ourselves and figure out who we are. It’s a reminder that the path to discovering who we are is not a straight one. We will go through hardships, we will go through pain, but we will come out stronger in the end. That’s very important to remember. Good job!
Thank you, much appreciated! I really wanna show people that in our journey in life, we will find small bumps along the road, sometimes even big boulders, but with courage, conviction and belief, we can overcome it all.
