In reality, I’m not a good friend,
But I’m trustworthy.
No good till the end,
I’ll never beat me.
I guess that I’ve got a good friend,
Together I can stand through it all.
We aren’t such as friends not pretend,
Just like frenemies, it’s a brawl.
Worst of it all I’m not really good,
Just ain’t got what it takes.
Over and over I’m misunderstood,
Overlooking all of my mistakes.
Opening up the good book,
Taking a peek inside.
I’ve left him in the end mistook,
I’m leaving my feelings to hide.
Sending him letters,
We’re friends forever.
Friendship’s like climbing ladders,
It’s a journey like a fairytale happily ever after.
Nobody will be like him,
What such a friend I’ve got.
Over and overlooking ends,
Mistaking what I have.
Emptiness is what I’m feeling,
Happiness isn’t what it is.
We’re friends that are never ending,
Mistakes like what disbelief it is.
What such a friend I’ve got,
He’s my one and only friend.
My friend likes wearing a red hat,
Just to see him laughing instead.

This piece tells a story, but it also contains a mysterious sense. This is good because it makes the reader want to continue reading to see what will be said next.
