Caught In The Middle
She loved him and her brother too,
Why are they putting her in the middle and making her have to choose?
Somebody here is going to lose,
She is feeling torn between the two of them, what must she do?
Is this going to be a day of sadness or a day of joying coming my way?
The pain she feels inside of her; she is trying desperately to explain.
The two of them are arrogant and continues to shift the blame,
Why must the two of them always fan the flames?
She is grieving from the loss of her mother, but neither one of them seems to give a care,
The two of them accuses her of being overly sensitive and insist she is being unfair.
She is caught in the middle and she don’t know which way to turn,
Maybe she should leave them both and give them a lesson to learn.
She is tired of sighing and her heart is filled with so much pain,
She must choose for herself, and finally end this game.
Negativity beholds the two of them as they continue to fight and as they continue to fuss,
She felt liked she was closed inside a box, which one of them can she trust?
She was caught in the middle between two men she has loved,
But she must love herself more, and close the doors behind all the maddest and choose to continue to move on.
