Protection of my children they say
Taken for Money not protection
In their parents arms they are safe
In CP$ custody they are in a safe
They are Raped
They are beaten
They are starved
Starved of Love
Starved of food
Starved of a bond
with their DNA
Their mother
Their father
Their sister, brother
While the government pays
The state
To rape, torture and sell
These angels go through hell
Their parents mourn the loss of
A child they can no longer raise, love
Protect and hold when they are sad
Laugh with when they`re glad
Be there for when they need Mom & Dad

I feel like this poem has come from a dark place for you. It’s poignant to replace the S in CPS with a dollar sign and gets your point across quickly.
