Make exercise a big part of your life. Exercise for pleasure, weight loss, and to kill time. Stay motivated and be consistent. Learn to like other activities better than food, such as listening to music, writing, reading, coloring, drawing, playing piano, exercise, sleeping, and playing on the computer. Eat right and exercise. Drink lots of water.
