“JEEZ, YOU WEIGH, like, nothing!” I exclaim. The Mustang Girl struggles in my arms and screams. I put my hand over her mouth and she bites it. Bites it! I’m trying to help her here!
“Let me go!” Mustang Girl says angrily, weakly punching me.
“I’m taking you to the hospital,” I say in reply, smiling at her. Most girls would be dropping at my feet and bowing by now. Or they would be doing that weird high-pitched screeching-thing they do in movies when they’re talking about a guy. I hate that. Mustang Girl tries to kick me, but she winces as her leg lifts.
“I don’t need to go!” she exclaims. “Put me down!”
I nod and drop her. She yelps in pain, clutching her side.
“Just as I thought,” I say, scooping her up with a victorious smile on my face.
“No!” she says frustratedly, and screams as loud as she can. I swear at her, telling her to shut up, and start running.
It’s true, what I said earlier. She can’t weigh but fifty pounds. I go into the big parking lot and look around for my car. Then I realize I rode my motorcycle over here. Crap. I fasten my helmet on her head, seat her behind me on the bike, and order her to hold on tight. Her grip is weak, and I worry that she’s going to fall off. I move her my lap, where glares at me as I order her to hold onto my torso. She wraps her arms and legs around my torso, and I can’t help but smirk.
“Shut up,” she mumbles into my chest.
“I didn’t say anything,” I reply innocently and start the bike. We zoom down the road.
“You didn’t have to!” she yells over the roar of the cycle.

I like that he thinks of her as “Mustang Girl.” That’s funny.
Why doesn’t he call for an ambulance? What about the environment leads him to consider “I should take her myself”? She’s screeching and obviously injured, maybe he isn’t sure whether she was raped or not, so why not try to keep her calm and wait for the EMTs? What about the attackers? Did he vaporize them? Scare them off? Are they still a threat? Something is missing.
Not that I disapprove of what direction you’ve taken, but it would shed some light on his interior being if we got a sampling of his thoughts.
