They are aware of the stares
The name calling
Disappointing looks
It’s gotten so hard
Beating themselves up
Wanting to fit in
Self destruction
Trying to make friends
Slowly started to disappear
Until their a memory
Inside someone’s else’s head.

I really like the way you broke up the lines in this poem. It’s comprised mostly of fragments, and I think that really helps convey the pain of the narrator- they can’t even manage (or be bothered to) form a complete sentence. Their mind is jumping all over the place.
