Ingredients:
*1 -18oz package of Oreo cookies (Regular size)
*1- 8oz cream cheese block( softened at room temperature)
*4oz of baking white chocolate bark or melting wafers (Ghirardelli white chocolate melting wafers work the best)
Directions:
1) Add Oreos to a food processor and blend the cookies until they have a fine texture.
2) Add the softened cream cheese to the Oreo crumbles, and blend them together until you have a dough-like texture.
3) Chill the dough for 15 minutes, and then roll the mixture into bite sized balls.
4) Chill the Oreo truffles for another 15 minutes.
5)While the truffles are cooling, melt the white chocolate wafers according to package directions.
6) Take a kitchen fork and dip the Oreo truffles into the melted white chocolate.
7) Place the white chocolate covered Oreo truffles onto wax paper.
8) Add decorative sprinkles or sugars; allow the truffle to set for 30 minutes.
*Sidenote: If the truffles don’t get eaten quickly enough, they will start to lose their structure and melt. You might want to chill the truffles again for another 15 minutes so everything stays in tact. Enjoy!*

Sounds delicious! I will definitely try to make this! For one suggestion: I would add a picture of the Oreo truffles for people to see or compare to when they are making their own.
