There is one thing I know about love, it grows , love is not stagnant, it flows, it radiates positivity, create bonds, it conquers and I even believe it’s contagious.
Love is the root of our souls, it’s what we were created from. We entered this human form knowing nothing but love and look at us today, there’s greed, jealousy and hatred, it makes me wonder what the world would’ve been like if we all stood by our roots. I believe that love conquers all but that would all depend on your perception of love. We have wandered so far away from our roots that some spend their entire lives trying to become what we once were, the embodiment of love. It’s not an easy task to unwind all the way back to who we were before we were taught hatred and accepted it as a norm.
We were blessed to be created by such a powerful and positive energy as love but what did we do with that privilege? We felt the need for categorisation and labels thus creating a separation at a tender age, so we started laying negative blocks on our positive foundation with the help of our fellow human beings, but I believe that we can deconstruct that box of negativity and start embracing our truest form and help others find their way back to love.
Some believe that love makes us vulnerable so they put their guards up to protect themselves from hurt but I believe when we are vulnerable, we are our truest selves because vulnerability also makes us honest, sensitive and some may even say “naive” but only when we are stripped down to such a state that we would realise the power of love and how it conquers because we will think not with our minds but our hearts. As powerful as our minds are, thinking with your heart means trusting your intuition, intuition is the way your soul communicates with the body so would you trust your mind or your soul? As important as logical/practical thinking is, I believe in always listening to the soul when it speaks.
