Ingredients:
*1lb ground Italian sausage
*1 1/2 tsp crushed red peppers
*1 large diced white onion
*4 tbsp bacon pieces
*2 tsp garlic powder
*10 cups of water
*5 cubes chicken bouillon
*1 cup of heavy cream
*1lb of russet potatoes
*1/4 cup of kale
Directions:
1) Saute Italian sausage and crushed red pepper in a pan. Set aside when done.
2)In a different pot, saute the bacon pieces, onions, and garlic for approximately 15 minutes, or until the onions are soft.
3) Mix together the chicken bouillon and water to the onions, bacon, and garlic. Cook this until boiling.
4) Chop the potatoes into square pieces, and add them to the pot. Cook this for 1/2hr.
5) Add heavy cream, and cook this until the mixture is evenly heated.
6) Stir in the sausage that was set aside.
7) Finally, add the kale when serving.
