Mirror Mirror on the wall,
show me how the pieces fall.
Help me to see the way of the world,
tell me what you expect from a broken girl.
Everything lost on a yellow brick road,
everything left like a heavy load.
Sins like wonderland around each turn,
with lessons and lessons but so hard to learn.
Presents itself just like Prince Charming,
but secretly it’s only tricking and harming.
Telling you it will take you on a magic carpet ride,
then giving you reasons to run and hide.
You bite the apple that poisons your mind,
it captures your soul and makes you blind.
If given three wishes, what would they be?
Happiness, health, and just to be free.
Free from the torture, the lies, and betrayal.
Awakening from the nightmares of a botched fairytale.
The sweet little pill you believed was a treat,
was really just hell, the flames and the heat.
The beast of addiction is a scary fall from Grace,
but the beauty of sobriety will bring a smile back to your face.
Listening to the answers from that mirror on the wall
will give you peace and serenity and freedom from it all.
So when your fantasy becomes reality and your making constant mistakes,
Just trust and believe and have a little Faith.
