All I can do is wish the best of luck to you.
And pray that all your dreams come true.
Because we both know im no good for you.
You look around like we’re at a zoo.
Like there’s so many different exhibits for you to choose.
The lions and tigers and also kanagroos,
You thought I’d say bears but im no fool.
I’m not predictable, I thought you knew.
You can pick an animal, But whatever you choose.
You cant come back to me like you’ve got something to prove.
You’re searching the exhibits like you’ve got nothing to lose.
that’s ok, you’re nothing but a tool.
Goodbye to you.

I love the line “you thought I’d say bears but I’m no fool” since it explains the meaning behind the title and because it’s sort of a clapback toward this person. There’s a cut song from the musical Hamilton called “Congratulations” said by Angelica to Hamilton after he had an affair. Anyways the first few lines are:
“Congratulations.
You have invented a new kind of stupid
A damage you can never undo, kind of stupid
An open all the cages in the zoo, kind of stupid
Truly, you didn’t think this through, kind of stupid!”
It’s worth a listen, even if you don’t know the whole story behind it.
