Fulfill your personal destiny….the journey of self-love awaits you.
Find Me in the depths of human kindness…..seek me in the corners of light…..find Me in the corners of pain. I am here and I have decided that your worth lies within you…. not in people and definitely not by superficial gifts that bloom in this plastic world. This world will test the depths of your patience, of your love, of your strength….it will test the depths of your soul. Oh Believer…..whenever you are in doubt, whenever you feel incompetent….or lost……..think of Me! I will take your pain….I will be your Guide……find Me….seek Me and all your woes will appear small compared to the love that I’ll pour in your heart. So don’t waste your time on things that will lead you astray from Me, Find things that remind you of Me, that remind you of the goodness of this world….that remind you of the raw beauty of life…..Love.”

Your poem is so sweet and heartfelt. I think it could put a bit of sunshine back in the day of anyone who’s feeling sad, forgotten, or just down on their luck. Creating a personified feeling of acceptance and love as the narrator for this just makes it feel like that warmth could walk right up and comfort them on a bad day.

Thank you so much, I appreciate the feedback. I’m glad that it resonated with you. The intention behind this piece was to bring REAL hope in the hearts of people. The Narrator in this piece is written from the perspective of God. I often catch myself in moments of doubt, and I often question my existence in this world, what is my purpose? and in these moments i reach out to God, and i somehow find the will to believe again. I thought, what if i wrote a piece from the perspective of God, when we’re in pain and when we feel lost, we reach out to Him, so how does He react to our sadness, our pain.
