The world is a lie,
Full of secrets and dust,
A world with day and night,
With people we can’t trust,
As we look around,
Life in the air falls,
Fall so hard they crack the ground,
Now you’re feeling numb,
You shouldn’t ask why,
Why the air feels so thick,
Or why there’s darkness of the sky,
Even though it’s morning,
There’s a loud siren,
Everyone is scared,
That’s why everyone is running,
From left to right,
To right to left,
It’s causing death,
We can’t choose to live or not because it’s about to be the end.

Quality imagery! You did an excellent job subtly evoking a doomsday/panicked atmosphere, all while keeping the tone of voice calm, yet definite and final. I think the two aspects strengthen each other well in this piece. My only suggestion is that the final line of this poem could have a little more suspense, danger, or gloom. If it really is the END, have the last words reflect that. Great job 🙂
So dark and mysterious!! The creativity level is spectacular, foreshadowing the terrifying darkness at the end.
