Less is more they said
As I got older that became true
Most people are self centered
Not worried about you
One way they are about everything
The only ones who matter are
The ones who are loyal to you
They will be around until the end
Less is more
lets not pretend
Higher numbers for popularity
Is not clarity
I’ll tell you now
Two thirds of those
Aren’t real friends

I really like this poem. I think there’s a lot to be said about it. It’s very true to life in that it emphasizes the aspect of having a few good friends rather than a group of friend’s you can’t rely on. It’s something we all have to learn. As we grow up, so do our friends and most of those friends from childhood move on in their lives and meet new people. We meet new people too, sometimes better people, other times not better. But it’s ultimately a learning experiance. Learning how we fit into our crowd.
i realized this more myself now being in my 30s….less really is more. And yes ill agree that is really is a learning experience. Some have yet to experience. Apologies for the late feedback, thanks always for your support!
