Ingredients:
*1lb of butter
*1 cup of sugar
*3 cups of flour
*2 cups of crushed potato chips
*1 tsp of vanilla extract
* Powdered sugar (as needed)
*parchment paper
Directions:
1) Cream together the (softened) butter with sugar in a bowl.
2) Gradually add the flour to the butter and sugar mixture.
3) Add the crushed potato chips and vanilla extract. Mix well until you get a dough texture.
4) Shape the dough into small balls, and place them on a cookie sheet that’s covered with parchment paper.
5) Take a kitchen fork, place it in cold water for a few minutes, and then use the fork to flatten the cookie dough balls. The fork will imprint a pattern on the dough.
6)Preheat your oven to 325 degrees; bake the cookies for 15 minutes.
7) Once the cookies are done, allow them to cool, and then dust the cookies with powdered sugar. (as needed)
