I saw an arm dangling out the trunk (boot in the United Kingdom ?) of a car. Yesterday it was a severed leg and the world would say “happy halloween”. My question is, if you see a dog’s tail or a cat’s head hanging out the trunk of a car, would you still say “happy halloween”? The celebration of the dead as it exists in our world, seems to glorify distressing sights.
To the maker of Halloween “why did you not create the celebration, to remember loved ones who have died, with pleasant decorations such as, images of how beautiful heaven is perceived, or do you believe all of the dead are in the state of how halloween is glamorized?”Mr Halloween answer that question because if the world celebrates the dead on October 31st every year, I have one more question “do you think it’s a loving celebration or one that honors the one to be remembered, by displaying gruesome and horrifying images of the very bodies you say you are celebrating?”
