This are awesome tips for staying healthy! Although I find it so hard to stick to a diet. I know I should drink water and never binge, but I have no will power whatsoever. Do you have any tips on how to overcome that?

Never eat on impulse. Before you consume ask yourself, do I really need this or can I do something else for fun like listen to my favorite song or take a nap or read a chapter in my book. Always measure your food and count calories when you can. whatever works. Drink smoothies. Make diet and exercise plans and follow them, and do exercises you love
